Sprinting is not cycling.

Rowing is not boxing. Yet every athlete is served the same tub of supplements. Look up your sport, find your axis — and finally know what your body asks.

Three corners. Three axes. One that is yours.

Strength, speed, endurance. No athlete sits in a corner — you always sit on a side, between two qualities. And each side has its own qualities: the closer to a corner, the more that corner weighs.

  • γ
Strength × SpeedEverything in one explosion. Jumping, throwing, lifting, accelerating, braking. You do not need hours — you have seconds.
  • β
Strength × EnduranceStrength that lasts. Stroke after stroke, minute after minute. The muscle may burn — it may not stop.
  • α
Speed × EnduranceStaying fast without going acidic. Finding the threshold and staying just below it, kilometre after kilometre.
  • Σ
All at onceYour sport does not choose. Then neither do we choose on the basis of the sport — then it starts with your biology.

Find yourself.

One hundred and fifteen sports and positions — from goalkeeper to ultra runner, from bouldering to handcycling. Choose yours and see straight away where you stand.

Play in several positions? Choose the position in which you get the most minutes.

What your axis asks of you

Your axis does not change as long as your sport stays the same. Your level does — and we move with it.

β

Strength × Endurance

STRENGTH – ENDURANCE

Strength that lasts. Stroke after stroke, minute after minute. The muscle may burn — it may not stop.

α

Speed × Endurance

SPEED – ENDURANCE

Staying fast without going acidic. Finding the threshold and staying just below it — kilometre after kilometre.

Your gut can be trained. Just like your legs.

Tolerating more fuel during exertion is not a matter of gritting your teeth. It is a matter of building up — in steps, exactly as you build a training block. This is the Growth Series.

GutSquad — learning to tolerate carbohydrates

Anyone who wants to ride, run or row more has to absorb more. Your gut decides how much. Three steps that let it handle more, step by step.

  1. 1
    GutSquad Basethe entry step

Two rapidly absorbed carbohydrates against three fibre sources. Your gut learns the rhythm before you raise the pace.

  2. 2
    GutSquad Primethe carbohydrate step

More fuel, without your stomach noticing. This is the step at which most athletes finally tolerate their race nutrition.

    View GutSquad Prime ›
  3. 3
    GutSquad Maxthe heaviest step

The most fibre-heavy of the three, and the only one with an amino acid layer. What used to break your stomach now just keeps running.

GainZilla — when mass has to come

Growth does not happen on a deficit. Three steps that deliver ever more energy without wrecking your appetite.

  1. 1
    GainZilla Basethe entry step

Isomaltulose and oat flour. Calm, sustained energy instead of a sugar spike.

  2. 2
    GainZilla Buildthe build-up ladder

Sprouted oat flour and quinoa added. More calories, better ratio.

    View GainZilla Build ›
  3. 3
    GainZilla Maxthe heaviest step

The most calorie-dense of the three, with cyclic dextrin as the second, slow-emptying source.

MassCore — when it has to become muscle

Calories build nothing without building blocks. Where GainZilla delivers the volume, MassCore delivers the protein.

  1. 1
    MassCore Basethe entry step

The most protein-dense entry in the whole range, in one 20 g scoop.

    View MassCore Base ›
  2. 2
    MassCore Buildthe build-up ladder

Two scoops, forty grams. For those who really raise their training volume.

  3. 3
    MassCore Maxthe heaviest step

With micellar casein added: protein that is released slowly, also at night.

You do not skip steps. That is not impatience — that is a stomach protesting halfway through your race.

Four moments. Not one.

Most athletes think only about what they drink during exertion. That holds only a quarter of the gain. The other three moments hang on the clock.

LoadMorning or evening

You load well away from your session, not right before it. Training in the evening? Then load in the morning. Training in the morning? Then load the evening before. That way the tank is full before you need it.

PreJust before

Setting up what the session will ask of you, in your letter.

Loading is not an extra scoop just before the start. It is an hour on the clock you set half a day earlier.

Your sport gives you the axis. Your biology gives you the rest.

How quickly do you break down caffeine? How many short-chain fatty acids does your microbiome make? How does your muscle respond to strength, and how long do you keep fatigue at bay? Two athletes in the same sport, on the same axis, rarely need the same thing.

Your biology × your sport. That is your protocol.

Is your sport on Σ? Then that analysis is no luxury but the starting point: for you, the triangle points to no axis by itself.

And what about the subscription?

Over twelve months (− 20 %) your axis is fixed and your level moves along with your build-up. You are not buying stock that expires in the cupboard — you are buying a year of guidance. Looking for the seasonal rhythm for your daily health rather than your training? It’s all here.
