Resilex is a range of three powders built around hydrolysed collagen (types I, II and III), glucosamine and MSM, one 6 g scoop a day in a 200 g jar. BETA is the marine variant: green-lipped mussel powder (Perna canaliculus) — which contains MOLLUSCS — with frankincense extract as the plant counterpart. Otherwise the same base: bamboo silica, vitamin C, ginger, sodium hyaluronate and enzymes. From 18 years.
