You choose for yourself how far ahead you go — three, six, nine or twelve months. The longer your term, the better the price of your formulas. You pay nothing extra for the subscription itself; the discount is already in the price.
Want your bundle to follow the year instead of delivering the same thing twelve times? Then choose the yearly pack with seasonal adjustment: one bundle, twelve months, adjusted four times a year. That’s how it works.

You can take out a subscription with us directly on the formulas you choose yourself. But there is a second route, and it runs via our sister division.
You choose your formulas and your term — 3, 6, 9 or 12 months — and your delivery follows automatically. Ideal if you already know what you need, or if you found your direction with the formula finder.
My InnerSelfie and My Key Nutrients are two divisions of the same company. Anyone taking a monthly formula there receives our supplements with it — not self-selected, but derived from their own analysis.
