1. Who we are

Cosmotrend BV — a division of Cosmogroup — with its registered office at Ringlaan 7, 9900 Eeklo, Belgium.
Company and VAT number: BE 0891.559.167.
Phone: +32 9 233 30 00
customerservice@mykeynutrients.com.
Contact: via our contact form. We reply within two working days and you receive a copy of your message, so you can keep the correspondence.

For questions about your data or these terms you can also write to us at customerservice@mykeynutrients.com. We deliberately do not show that address as a clickable link — that keeps it out of reach of spam and phishing. For all other questions the contact form is faster.

Our products are produced by Cosmofarma BV (BE 0466.198.034) in our own lab.

2. What these terms apply to

These terms apply to every order you place as a consumer on mykeynutrients.com or on shop.mykeynutrients.com. By ordering you accept them. We may amend them; the version on the site at the time of your order always applies to that order.

Sales to professional partners, resellers and distributors run via a separate agreement with its own terms.

3. Your order

Your order is final as soon as you click the order button and payment is confirmed. You immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of what you ordered.

Every order comes with an invoice, regardless of whether you order privately or as a business. You receive it by e-mail. At checkout you indicate in what capacity you order; choose business and the invoice is made out in your company’s name with your VAT number on it.

We may refuse or cancel an order when a product is no longer in stock, when there is an obvious error in the price, or when we reasonably suspect the order is not for personal use. You are then refunded everything immediately.

Age. Some products carry a minimum age of 12 or 18. It is stated on the product page and on the label. By ordering you confirm that you meet that condition.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and visible in your basket before you pay.

Subscription discounts (− 12.5 % on 3 months, − 15 % on 6, − 17.5 % on 9 and − 20 % on 12 months) are calculated on the applicable selling price. Discounts are not cumulative unless expressly stated.

Reverse-charge VAT for businesses outside Belgium. If you order as a VAT-registered company established outside Belgium, you can enter your VAT number at checkout. We verify that number; if it is valid, VAT is reverse-charged to you (art. 138 and art. 196 of VAT Directive 2006/112/EC) and your invoice shows no VAT. Without a valid and verifiable number we charge Belgian VAT.

5. Payment

You pay via Stripe, our payment partner. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bancontact, iDEAL and Wero, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Link and Klarna. Which methods are available to you is shown at checkout — that depends on your country and your order. We neither see nor store your card details: those go straight to Stripe.

Not every method works for a subscription. A recurring payment runs via card or SEPA direct debit; with Klarna you can only pay for a one-off order.

With a subscription, the amount for each instalment is debited automatically on the day of the next delivery. You are notified of this in advance each time.

6. Shipping and delivery

We work with one fixed carrier. You receive a track & trace number as soon as your parcel leaves, so you can follow your shipment.

We deliver throughout the European Union and to a number of countries beyond. We work with four zones. Within the European Union a free-shipping threshold applies each time; stay below it and a fixed rate applies. The exact amount is always in your basket before you pay.

ZoneRateFree from
Belgium€ 5,95€ 50
Netherlands and Germany€ 9,95€ 75
Rest of the European Union€ 14,95€ 125
Outside the European Unionfrom € 29.95

Outside the European Union, import duties and local charges may apply. These are for the recipient’s account and are separate from our price.

Delivery time. We dispatch within one working day of receiving your payment. The carrier usually delivers within one working day in Western and Central Europe, and within two to four working days beyond. Times are an estimate, not a guarantee.

If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. You then get everything back within 14 days.

Damage or a missing parcel? Report it to us within two months of delivery via the contact form, with a photo of the packaging. We settle it with the carrier and you need not advance anything.

7. Subscriptions

A subscription runs for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months and delivers automatically. You can stop or pause at any time, via your account or via the contact form, provided you do so one month in advance reports it. Instalments already delivered and paid are not refunded.

If you stop earlier than agreed, your discount is recalculated to the term you actually used. The discount belongs to the term you chose: take a twelve-month subscription at − 20 % and stop after four deliveries, and the three-month rate (− 12.5 %) applies to those four deliveries. We settle the difference on your final statement.

That way you are never stuck with a subscription that no longer fits, while only those who truly commit pay the lowest price. Stop within the first month and the regular price without discount applies.

With a subscription that adjusts by season or training, the composition of your bundle can change. You always see in advance what changes and can decline it.

8. Cooling-off period and returns

You have 14 days to change your mind. How that works, what you need to do and which exception applies to opened jars is set out in full on the page about your right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty and conformity

You have the statutory two-year warranty on any defect that existed at the time of delivery (art. 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code). For food supplements that mainly means: the product matches what is on the label, is undamaged and keeps until the stated date.

The best-before date is on every jar. We never ship a product with less than six months’ shelf life, unless this is expressly stated and reflected in the price.

10. Product information and use

Food supplements are no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and are not intended to prevent, treat or cure a disease.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or undergoing treatment: consult your doctor or pharmacist first.

We do our utmost to present product information correctly and completely. For use, what always applies is the label on the packaging that you hold in your hands.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage resulting from our fault or negligence. We are not liable for consequences of use that departs from the recommendations on the label, or of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Personal data

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

13. A complaint?

Tell us first — via the contact form. We confirm within two working days and look for a solution.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn free of charge to the Consumer Ombudsman Service, North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — consumentenombudsdienst.be. That service mediates free of charge between consumer and company.

14. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of East Flanders, Ghent division — without prejudice to your right as a consumer to choose your own court.
