What sets this formula apart.
AthleteFuel is Gutletic’s pre-workout range: 20 g per serving, 30 servings per jar, from 18 years. GAMMA starts from creatine HCl instead of monohydrate, with citrulline malate and beta-alanine. The adaptogenic side is the broadest in the range — ashwagandha with 5 % withanolides and Rhodiola rosea — with L-theanine alongside the green tea caffeine, Montmorency cherry and aronia, and bromelain and serrapeptase as enzymes. Flavour Cherry Berry.
With niacin, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Creatine-HCl, citrulline malate, beta-alanine, inulin + apple pectin, ashwagandha extract (5 % withanolides), L-carnosine, Montmorency-kers, aronia, Rhodiola rosea, bromelain, serratiopeptidase, L-theanine, green tea- caffeine, magnesium citrate, niacin, Bacillus subtilis HU58.

Dissolve 1 scoop (±20 g) in 300–400 ml of water, 20–30 minutes before exercise. Maximum daily dose: 1 scoop (±20 g). Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
Variant γ (strength-speed, cherry berry). With ashwagandha and Rhodiola. Contains caffeine (75 mg per serving) — not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women; do not combine with other caffeine sources. Contains ashwagandha extract: do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in case of liver disease. Contains live micro-organisms (Bacillus subtilis HU58).
