SahaShake is Gutletic’s recovery and protein range: 20 g per serving, 30 servings per jar, with a complete mineral and vitamin premix in every variant. ALFA is the coffee variant: roasted instant coffee with an unroasted coffee extract (45 % chlorogenic acids, low in caffeine) on a protein base of whey protein concentrate (MILK) and pea protein isolate, with hydrolysed pea and rice peptides. Flavour Cappuccino, from 18 years.
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Dissolve 1 scoop (20 g) in 250–300 ml of water or milk, after training or as a protein supplement. Maximum 1 scoop (20 g) per day.
Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women (55 mg caffeine per 20 g serving; 275 mg per 100 g). Contains live micro-organisms (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086).
