RechargeMe is Gutletic’s post-workout range: 20 g per serving, 30 servings per jar, vegan, from 18 years. ALFA is the HMB variant: calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate with L-leucine on a protein base of pea protein isolate (≥ 80 %) and sprouted rice protein concentrate, with highly branched cyclic dextrin as the carbohydrate. Tart cherry, turmeric in a phospholipid complex and pomegranate ellagitannins form the plant side. Flavour Fresh Fruit.

Allergens: Contains no ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The phospholipid is sunflower lecithin, not soya; the culture medium of the cultures is free from milk and soya; the carriers for flavouring and botanical preparations are acacia gum, gluten < 20 mg/kg.

Dissolve 1 scoop (20 g) in 300–400 ml of water or a plant-based drink, within 30 minutes after exercise. Maximum 1 scoop (20 g) per day.
