That is allowed. You have fourteen days to change your mind, you need give no reason, and here is exactly how it works.
The period starts on the day after the day you — or someone you designate — receive the parcel. If you ordered several products delivered separately, the day of the last delivery. With a subscription, the first delivery counts.
You must submit your withdrawal within those 14 days send. The parcel itself may leave afterwards: for that you have another 14 days.
Fill in this form and click confirm. You immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail — keep it, it is your proof that you were in time.

Food supplements are sealed for a reason. Once that seal is broken we can no longer guarantee that the contents are untouched and safe — so we do not take the jar back. This is the hygiene exception from article VI.53, 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, and we would rather tell you before you order than after.
What may be returned: a jar with the seal intact, in the original packaging, with label. What may not be returned: an opened or started jar, even if you took only one scoop from it.

The return shipping costs are yours to pay. Feel free to choose your own carrier, but keep your proof of dispatch: without proof of dispatch we cannot refund a parcel that never arrives.
Pack carefully. You are liable for any loss of value arising from handling that goes beyond what is needed to assess the product — just as in a shop you may pick up a jar and look at it, but not open it.
We pay within 14 days back, counted from the day we receive your withdrawal. We may wait until your parcel is with us or until you prove you sent it — whichever comes first.
You get the product price back plus the standard shipping costs that you paid on your order. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard, we refund the standard rate.
Refunds are made via the same payment method as your order. There are never any costs attached.
Returning only part of your order and dropping below the free-shipping threshold as a result? Then we settle the shipping rate that applied to that lower amount.
Your cooling-off period also applies to the first delivery of a subscription. After that you simply stop or pause: that is possible at any time, provided you give one month’s notice. No withdrawal is needed for that and there are no costs involved.
You are not obliged to use this — the form above does the same and is quicker. This is the statutory model text (Annex 2 to Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).
