Resilex is a range of three powders built around hydrolysed collagen (types I, II and III), glucosamine and MSM, one 6 g scoop a day in a 200 g jar. GAMMA is the most complete cartilage matrix: chondroitin sulfate, obtained by microbial fermentation and sulfation, stands alongside the glucosamine, with turmeric extract as a plant supplement. From 18 years, for adults only.

Dissolve 1 scoop (6 g) in 250 ml of water, a plant-based drink or a smoothie. Increase intake gradually: start with half a scoop per day during the first week.
