What sets this formula apart.
ProSYNC+ is a recovery drink mix that brings protein, fibres and a live culture together in one scoop — a synbiotic build-up (protein + fibres + micro-organisms that reinforce each other). A mix of whey, pea and soy protein supplies the building blocks after exertion, while inulin and a Lactobacillus culture feed your gut flora. One scoop (20 g) after exercise, dissolved in water or a plant-based drink.
Source of protein. Magnesium and zinc contribute to normal protein metabolism.

Dissolve 1 scoop (20 g) in 250–300 ml of water or a plant-based drink and shake or stir for a few seconds until completely dissolved. Preferably after exercise. Maximum daily dose: 20 g. Tip: mix with plant-based milk, a banana or a tablespoon of nut butter for a fuller Choco Nutty flavour. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
Contains a live culture (Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM); do not dissolve in a hot drink. Synbiotic composition: protein, fibre and micro-organisms.
