What sets this formula apart.
Creabose is a range of three capsule formulas built around creatine monohydrate and D-ribose, with its own set of cofactors per variant. BETA is the mushroom variant: 150 mg cordyceps extract (8:1, cultivated mycelium) alongside 260 mg creatine and 200 mg D-ribose, with nicotinamide riboside chloride and coenzyme Q10. Here the magnesium comes as malate instead of bisglycinate. Two capsules a day, size 00, from 18 years.
