What sets this formula apart.
Sometimes you just want a pleasant drink that does your belly good. RuFiNes combines prebiotic fibres with fennel, mint and lemon balm, herbs traditionally linked to digestive comfort, and a light electrolyte and probiotic base. One serving (12 g) in water, to taste.
High in fibre. Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes; potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and to the normal function of the nervous system.
inulin (from chicory root, Cichorium intybus L., whole plant), isomaltulose, acacia fibre (gum arabic, Acacia senegal (L.) Willd., gum), resistant dextrin (from maize), sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Miller), fruit (powder), potassium citrate (tripotassium citrate-monohydraat), magnesium bisglycinate, calcium bisglycinate, kruizemunt (Mentha spicata L.), leaf (powder), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), leaf (powder), bromelain (from pineapple, Ananas comosus (L.) Merr., stem), natural flavouring, papain (from papaya, Carica papaya L., latex from the unripe fruit), turmeric (Curcuma longa L.), rhizome (powder), Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis.

Dissolve 1 scoop (12 g) in 250–300 ml of water. Maximum 1 serving (12 g) per day. Introduce a fibre drink gradually and drink enough water throughout the day. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose. Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.): consult your doctor or pharmacist if taking anticoagulants concomitantly. Contains 5.4 g of fibre per serving. Drink sufficient water.
