Vitamins and minerals per daily portion: Thiamine 0.330 mg (30 % NRV).
Allergens: Contains no ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The lactase is of fungal origin (Aspergillus oryzae) and is not derived from yeast grown on a lactose substrate; the culture medium for the micro-organisms is free from milk and soya; the gastro-resistant coating of the peppermint oil is made with sunflower lecithin and is soya-free; gluten declaration < 20 mg/kg per batch.
Take 2 capsules with water with each of the three main meals. All six capsules are identical. Increase intake gradually: start with 2 capsules per day with one meal and increase over three weeks to 6. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
Contains live micro-organisms. Stop use if you experience allergic symptoms. The product naturally contains a trace of caffeine from green tea leaf (2.0–4.0 mg per daily serving).
