Dissolve 1 scoop (12 g) in 250–400 ml of water, stir or shake well and drink. One scoop per day, at a time that suits you. During the first week, start with half a scoop so your digestive system can adjust to the fibre. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
