Mix 1 scoop (20 g) into a smoothie or plant-based yoghurt. Increase intake gradually: start with half a scoop per day during the first week. Thirty plant-based ingredients and 3.2 g of fibre in one scoop require an adjustment period, especially for sensitive digestion.
