Stilvator is the evening formula in the Biotics range. Magnesium and vitamin B6 form the base; around them stand glycine, L-theanine and ashwagandha, with a layer of calming herbs: passionflower, chamomile, lemon balm and magnolia. Tart cherry and saffron complete it, together with two lactic acid cultures. Two capsules a day.
