Petrohan GliaFlow is a range of three evening powders with the same build — a fibre or prebiotic base, micro-organisms, an enzyme complex and plant preparations — and its own core per variant. Sleep-In is the amino acid variant: glycine (1,000 mg), gamma-aminobutyric acid (300 mg) and L-tryptophan (250 mg), with ashwagandha root, valerian, lemon balm and tart cherry concentrate as the plant side. Here the magnesium comes as L-threonate and is the formula’s first entry. One scoop (6 g) in the evening, from 18 years.

Dissolve 1 scoop (6 g) in a large glass of water or a plant-based drink and drink in the evening. Stir or shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Use a level scoop, not a heaped scoop. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
