Dissolve 1 scoop (6 g) per day in plenty of water, a plant-based drink or a smoothie, preferably with a meal. Increase intake gradually: start with half a scoop and increase to a full scoop after two weeks. Maximum 1 scoop (6 g) per day.
Consult your doctor if taking anticoagulants concomitantly. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children and adolescents under 14 years of age. Do not use on a day when other food supplements containing astaxanthin esters are taken. Contains pasteurised Akkermansia muciniphila: not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
