Allergens: Contains no ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The culture medium for the micro-organisms is free from milk and soya.
Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water, with a meal. Increase intake gradually: start with 1 capsule per day during the first week. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
