What sets this formula apart.
Biozyme is a range of three enzyme formulas in capsules, each built around one macronutrient. ALFA is the fat variant: the enzyme choice starts from lipase (from Rhizopus oryzae, 120 mg per daily serving), complemented with bromelain, neutral protease and amylase. In addition, artichoke leaf (4:1 extract), rosemary and a CO₂ extract of ginger carry the plant side of the formula, with acacia fibre as the fibre base and two micro-organism strains. Two capsules with the main meal; 60 capsules per jar.
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Willd., gum) 305 mg; capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) 192 mg; artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.), leaf (extract, 4:1) 125 mg; lipase (from Rhizopus oryzae) 120 mg; amylase (from Aspergillus oryzae) 100 mg; bromelain (from Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) 80 mg; neutral protease (from Aspergillus oryzae) 60 mg; rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), aerial parts (extract, 10:1) 50 mg; ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), rhizome (extract, CO₂ extract) 35 mg; Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BSH-1 20 mg; Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 20 mg; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids) 10 mg; chromium picolinate 0.322 mg.
Allergens: None of the ingredients used is a substance listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011.
Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, with the main meal. Stop use if you experience allergic symptoms. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
Do not use during pregnancy.
