Allergens: Contains no ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The N-acetyl-D-glucosamine is fermentation-derived (Aspergillus niger) and not derived from crustaceans; the phospholipid complex is made with sunflower lecithin and is soya-free; the culture medium for the micro-organisms is free from milk and soya; gluten declaration < 20 mg/kg per batch.
Take 6 capsules per day with water, divided throughout the day: two in the morning, two at midday and two in the evening, preferably with a meal. All six capsules are identical. Increase intake gradually: start with two capsules per day and increase over three weeks to six. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
Contains live micro-organisms. The product naturally contains a trace of caffeine from green tea leaf (2.0–4.0 mg per daily serving).
