Fermented base
What sets this formula apart.
HERO 30 Ferment brings thirty fermented foods together in one scoop: sauerkraut, miso, tempeh, kimchi, natto, beet kvass, black garlic, kombucha and fermented vegetables, complemented with inulin, calcium butyrate and four micro-organism strains. One scoop (20 g) a day goes over your dishes or into cold yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt. Fermented and fibre-rich food takes getting used to: build up with half a scoop in the first week.

Stir 1 scoop (20 g) into a cold dish, yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt. Do not add to a hot preparation — this kills the live cultures. Increase intake gradually: start with half a scoop per day during the first week. Thirty fermented foods in one scoop require an adjustment period, especially for sensitive digestion.
