Allergens: Contains no ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The phospholipid in the turmeric complex is sunflower lecithin, not soya lecithin; the culture medium and cryoprotectant of both cultures are free from milk and soya; the carriers for the botanical preparations, triturations and selenium preparation are exclusively acacia fibre or chicory inulin.
Take 3 capsules per day with some water, divided throughout the day (morning, midday, evening), preferably with a meal. Maximum 3 capsules per day.
