Your liver is your most important detoxifying organ, and it works closely with your gut via the gut-liver axis. Chatti combines classic liver herbs — milk thistle, artichoke, dandelion — with glutathione and broccoli sprout sulforaphane. Two capsules a day.

Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, with a meal. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
