Digestive Comfort bundle
Fibre build-up
Building fibre up gently with enzyme support. For anyone who wants more fibre but knows that going too fast backfires immediately.
Why this bundle? RuFiNes and FiberFraction supply the fibre, Vitazyme stands alongside as enzyme support with meals. You start with half a serving and build up over a few weeks — that is the whole art of it. This is the gentlest entry into Digestive Comfort and good preparation for the heavier bundles after it.
What is in this bundle?
- RuFiNes — High in fibre: inulin (3 g) and resistant dextrin (1 g) as the prebiotic base — a source of fibre per serving.
- FiberFraction — High in fibre: about 73 g fibre per 100 g.
- Vitazyme — Fibre-degrading enzymes: cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase, xylanase and β-glucanase.
- Together — the formulas act at different points in the digestive tract and are chosen so you can take them alongside one another.
