What sets this formula apart.
Bones remain living tissue that is constantly broken down and rebuilt. That needs more than calcium alone: vitamins D and K direct the calcium to the bones, magnesium and manganese support the bone matrix, and vitamin C is needed for the collagen underneath. Ostevast bundles these cofactors in bioavailable form. Three capsules a day.
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones.
Magnesium bisglycinate, red algae (Lithothamnion calcareum (Pallas) Areschoug), thallus (powder), capsule (hypromellose), inulin (Cichorium intybus L., root), bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad. ex J.C.Wendl.), stem (extract, DER 10:1), acerola (Malpighia emarginata DC.), fruit (extract, DER 8:1), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.), seed (extract, DER 100:1), disodium tetraborate, Limosilactobacillus reuteri, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, zinc bisglycinate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, from lichen), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), manganese bisglycinate.
Allergens: Contains no ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. Vegan: the capsule is made of hypromellose and the vitamin D3 is derived from lichen. Gluten-free, soya-free and dairy-free: every batch is tested accordingly.

Take 3 capsules per day with water, with a meal. Taking the product with a meal improves the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins D and K. Maximum 3 capsules per day.
