Not all vitamins and minerals tolerate each other in one pill. NourifyMe Trio is a timed multivitamin ComboRoll that spreads the nutrients over morning, midday and evening for optimal uptake and the least possible mutual competition. One capsule per part of the day.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Iodine contributes to the normal function of the thyroid.
Magnesium bisglycinate, potassium chloride, calcium hydrogen phosphate, inulin (from chicory root, Cichorium intybus L., root), capsule (hypromellose), liposomal vitamin C preparation (L-ascorbic acid with sunflower lecithin, ≥ 50 % L-ascorbic acid), calcium carbonate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 50 %-preparation (vitamin E), Betacaroteen 10 %-preparation (vitamin A), iron bisglycinate, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), Bacillus coagulans (≥ 1,2 × 10⁹ CFU), zinc bisglycinate, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (≥ 0,8 × 10⁹ CFU), menaquinone-7 1 %-trituration (vitamin K2), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), D-biotin 1 %-trituration, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (vitamin B6), cholecalciferol 1 %-trituration from lichen (vitamin D3), manganese bisglycinate, riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), copper bisglycinate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), 1 % on inulin, calcium L-methylfolate (folate), chromium(III) picolinate, potassium iodide, L-selenomethionine, sodium molybdate dihydrate.
Allergens: Contains no ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The lecithin in the liposomal vitamin C preparation is derived from sunflower, not soya; the vitamin D3 is derived from lichen, not wool fat.
Take 3 capsules per day with water, with a meal. This is the base module of the range: do not take a second multivitamin alongside it, and when stacking modules take the manganese, iodine, chromium and folate limits into account.
Not suitable for persons taking coumarin anticoagulants. Contains live micro-organisms.
