What sets this formula apart.
Creabose is a range of three capsule formulas built around creatine monohydrate and D-ribose, with its own set of cofactors per variant. ALFA is the richest in cofactors: alongside 350 mg creatine — the highest dose in the range — and 200 mg D-ribose it carries nicotinamide riboside chloride (100 mg), coenzyme Q10 (30 mg) and PQQ (10 mg). Magnesium bisglycinate is the first entry. Two capsules a day, size 00, from 18 years.
