Magnesium bisglycinate (heavy grade), capsule (hypromellose), ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal), whole plant (extract, DER 10:1, 6,0 % withanolides), L-tyrosine, bacopa (Bacopa monnieri (L.) Wettst.), aerial parts (extract, DER 10:1, 24 % bacosides), rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.), rhizome (extract, DER 4:1, 3,5 % rosavins and 1,2 % salidroside), guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.), seed (partially hydrolysed guar gum), Citicoline, L-theanine (from green tea, Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze), grape seed (Vitis vinifera L.), seed (extract, DER 100:1, 95 % oligomeric proanthocyanidins), phosphatidylserine from soy phospholipids, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium longum, saffron (Crocus sativus L.), flower (extract, DER 4:1, 2,5 % lepticrosalides), methylcobalamin 0, 1 %-triturate on an acacia-fibre carrier (vitamin B12), pyridoxal-5′-phosphate monohydrate (vitamin B6).
Vitamins and minerals per daily portion: Magnesium 112.5 mg (30 % NRV) · Vitamin B6 0.42 mg (30 % NRV) · Vitamin B12 0.75 µg (30 % NRV).
Allergens: Contains soya (phosphatidylserine from soya phospholipids). Contains no other ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The phospholipid is the only source of soya; the culture medium and cryoprotectant of both cultures are free from milk and soya, and the carriers of the botanical preparations are exclusively acacia fibre or chicory inulin.
Take 6 capsules per day with some water, divided throughout the day (morning, midday, evening), preferably with a meal. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
Do not use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if receiving concomitant treatment for depression. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose: maximum 6 capsules per day. Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age; keep out of reach of young children.
