Magnesium bisglycinate, capsule (hypromellose), L-glycine, guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Vitamins and minerals per daily portion: Magnesium 112.5 mg (30 % NRV) · Vitamin B6 0.42 mg (30 % NRV) · Vitamin B12 0.75 µg (30 % NRV).
Allergens: Contains no ingredients listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The L-theanine is derived from green tea; the culture medium and cryoprotectant of both cultures are free from milk and soya; the carriers of the botanical preparations and triturations are exclusively acacia fibre or chicory inulin.
Take 6 capsules per day with some water, divided throughout the day (morning, midday, evening), preferably with a meal. Maximum 6 capsules per day.
Do not use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if receiving concomitant treatment for depression. Consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before taking food supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, to avoid possible interactions.
