Digestive Comfort bundle
Fermentation & gut flora
Fermented base for the gut flora (ask about histamine intolerance). A fermented base for anyone who wants to build up their gut flora patiently.
Why this bundle? HERO 30 Tolerant is the low-stimulus meal base, Vitazyme the capsule alongside it and RizzTini the glass for the evening. Note: fermentation and histamine intolerance do not always go together — if in doubt, look at the Histamine balance bundle first. With this bundle more than any other: start slowly and take your time.
What is in this bundle?
- HERO 30 Tolerant — Thirty vegetables, seeds and culinary herbs — a low-stimulus vegetable substrate.
- Vitazyme — Fibre-degrading enzymes: cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase, xylanase and β-glucanase.
- RizzTini — High in fibre, with inulin and arabinoxylan for the host.
- Together — the formulas act at different points in the digestive tract and are chosen so you can take them alongside one another.
